Answer No, Sam is back on now.. But the role has been recast and the new Sam is here to stay.. I don't know why they recast, I really thought the old Sam did a great job. But he was let go.. I don't know if you have ever watched All My Children, but the new Sam used to play Greg on AMC. Years ago.
