Life Support Issues/person dying continually raising their arms

My mother who died at almost 91 did the very same thing of raising her arms for 2 days.  She suffered from dementia, but was very lucid her last 2 weeks.  She said she saw my brother and flying horses.  I'm so glad someone else experienced these moments.  Moments I feel were very special before my Mom's death.  Thank you.

My husband also held one arm up over his head for a long period of time. I keep asking him what he was seeing. It was as if he was pushing something back.....any ideas..
