Question
1993 Lincoln TC (plain) the heater does not blow heat. fan works. AC runs as though it were turned on, even when trying to get heat. vents all work (floor, vents, defrost) self test passes (shows 888)
Any help would be greatly appeciated.

Answer
Hi Ron,

Apparently Ford is having a real hard time with this due to the amount of times I have answered this question this week. Hope they figure it out! Check the blend door actuator located under the glove box. Make sure the wiper (door) moves freely when disconnected from the actuator arm. This is different than the air direction door. Ford must be selling a ton of these. If you need more info, I have pics that I can send. I will need your email address.
