Education/Credentials Paralegal and practical training and education My web sites have been on the internet for about 10 years and have been very instrumental in helping hundreds of people resolve their debt related problems which have ranged from simple solutions such as the sending of a creditwrench debt validation letter to more complex solutions such as filing lawsuits against debt collectors in federal court. Our students have been very successful indeed. One student has filed more than 40 federal lawsuits and lost only one. Another student has filed multiple suits and has never lost a single one. We have two types of courses available for our students. The first and most basic teaches how to gather evidence of wrong doing by debt collectors which can be used against them in court if need be which it usually isn't. If you would like to become a creditwrench student all you have to do is call me at 405-616-7901 and start your learning process with our series of powerful anti-collection letters. You can also visit our web site at http://www.creditwrench.com and you can visit our message board at http://consumers.creditwrench.com and you can also join in our regular Friday night conference calls and discuss your problems with our students.
I have done some bad decisions in the past that have put me in debt. I have
learned my lesson the hard way, and with the current financial situation I
have decided to change my life. At this point my questions are, are those
programs of debt consolidation and debt reduction good? Would they affect
my credit? How can I pick a serious company; what should I look for? How to
avoid fraudulent offers? Thank you so much for your help’
Making bad decisions is something we all do. To err is human but as human beings we also have the capacity to learn from the decisions of others be they good or bad.
In the case of debt consolidation and debt reduction schemes most are bad to the bone. They only cost money that could have been put to much better use. To add to the problems they also do more harm than good to your credit ratings. They are as bad as bankruptcy because both of them tell potential creditors that you simply don't know how to handle your finances and must seek help to manage them. That is never good for one's credit ratings.
Better to simply get rid of your problems by legal action against those who abuse your rights. That is the best debt reduction plan out there.
If you make those who abuse you pay the debt and pay you and take it off your credit reports then you have reduced your debts considerably and improved your credit reports in the process.
But to understand how that is possible you need to understand that it is virtually impossible to collect a debt without breaking some law in the process. Use that fact to your advantage.
