Education/Credentials Paralegal and practical training and education My web sites have been on the internet for about 10 years and have been very instrumental in helping hundreds of people resolve their debt related problems which have ranged from simple solutions such as the sending of a creditwrench debt validation letter to more complex solutions such as filing lawsuits against debt collectors in federal court. Our students have been very successful indeed. One student has filed more than 40 federal lawsuits and lost only one. Another student has filed multiple suits and has never lost a single one. We have two types of courses available for our students. The first and most basic teaches how to gather evidence of wrong doing by debt collectors which can be used against them in court if need be which it usually isn't. If you would like to become a creditwrench student all you have to do is call me at 405-616-7901 and start your learning process with our series of powerful anti-collection letters. You can also visit our web site at http://www.creditwrench.com and you can visit our message board at http://consumers.creditwrench.com and you can also join in our regular Friday night conference calls and discuss your problems with our students.
Question I need help and don't know where to get advice. I am a single person that has been at the same job for 10 years. I totally live paycheck to paycheck with no money to buy food. I will once in a while go buy $50 or so of grocery's instead of paying a bill and then just catch up the next month. Well, now my work has cut me down to four day weeks. I will be losing $400 a month. I definately do not have enough money to pay all my bills. I don't know what to do. I have a loan payment, two credit cards with $500 limits, two department store cards with the same limit. They are all maxed out. I also have two court ordered medical payments that have to be made. My rent is $600, heat and electric running about 160.00, water around 50, car insurance around 60, telephone around 55, cable and internet around 90. Giving up internet would save me $36. I have no social life and do not eat out. I do not shop. All I do is work and watch t.v. so I really don't want to lose my cable. It is all I have. I have thought I will have to stop paying all my bills in order to keep roof and heat and electricity and water but I have never done that and it is causing tremendous stress. Late fees, overlimit fees will just add up and get me in deeper but I don't know what to do. My health is not the greatest and really believe I could not work two jobs again as I did when I was younger. Please help what can I do. I know if I stop paying the credit cards and loan payment that they will be hounding me and all I have is a cell phone (cheaper) and they will make me go over my minutes. And I know I will be digging a bigger hole for myself. I cannot lose my home, I have no where else to go. Please help.
One thing that would help a little bit is get a magic jack which will cost you about $110 for 5 years of great telephone service with all the bells and whistles and save the $55 a month you are spending now. Of course, there is one other little hitch to that which is that if you want the best of service with magic jack you will need to have a cordless phone so if you don't have one now you will have to go out and buy a good cordless phone set. That will set you back as much as another $100 or so but still well worth it.
If they make you go over your limits on your cell phone you can simply not answer their calls. After all, you do have pretty good caller ID on your cellphone so you can identify who they are and just ignore their calls.
About all you can do is stop paying one or more of the credit cards and learn how to deal with the results in court. Not a big problem.
Learn how to catch them violating the law and take them to court and make them pay you. It might sound too good to be true but it isn't. More and more consumers are doing it all the time.
