ANSWER: Hey Terry,
Thanks for telling me your story. I don't know if I completely understand everything that you wrote, but I will try my best to help you in some areas.
If you gave them a credit card number, go and cancel that card now. Even if you have a balance on the card, it can be canceled. OR you can tell them that you lost the card and they will cancel that number and issue a new one. That way, they cannot charge that account.
I do not recommend using this company or anything like it. If you do the debt snowball with your debts, you can get out of debt just as quick, and won't have to pay a company a "fee" to do it. Just put "debt snowball" into a search engine and you will find plenty of resources discussing it.
If they have charged your account without telling you about the charge, you should not be liable for the the charge. Call the bank and find out how to file a "dispute" on an unauthorized charge. They should be able to help you.
I hope that helps you out.

Answer Alright. Well, since you have already went with this deal, you might as well stick with it. In the long run, it might save some money. Just keep an eye out on your accounts and make sure that they aren't taking money out of your account that they shouldn't. I have checked out their website and they look like a legitimate company.
Try to learn as much about this company as you can. You might need to try to look up some more information about this company online. As long as they are legitimate, you'll be okay.
