A suggestion for you if u still have debt on credit cards at 20%. Instead of a balance transferwhich has a fee. See if the card has that same 0% for charges. If yes then pay all your bills with it and then use the cash from your paychecks which u didnt need to pay those bills with. And thus that cash is free to pay down the 20% credit card debt. And you pay no balance transfer fee as a result. Thats what i do.good luck
