I HAVE TO BE IN AN ELECTRIC SCOTTER/CHAIR, BUYING A NEW HOME, DOES TEXAS, OR THE FEDERAL GOVERMENT HAVE A PROGRAM, TO ASSIST IN RAMP, WIDE DOORS AND SO ON, PLAN ON HAVE IN THE HOME BUILT.
