Answer Hi Ronak
It may suprise you to know that your love of eating is NOT the problem, it's dieting and trying to live a life of restriction and deprivation that leads to the exact pattern you are describing. I've written about this at http://www.ditch-diets-live-light.com/diets-dont-work.html and you can also find more at the ditch-diets-live-light.com home page. What I've learned over time is that I always thought my weight problem were because I loved food and eating, but the real truth was that I never really allowed myself to eat with enjoyment. Now that I've learned the art of happy eating (you can find out more about that at http://www.ditch-diets-live-light.com/happy-eating.html) and intuitive eating (http://www.ditch-diets-live-light.com/intuitive-eating.html), I've learned how to enjoy eating and to eat without fear and guilt and the most amazing thing is that slowly, over time, all without dieting the weight has just peeled off.
