Question Just wondering if you can help me, i have a Diplomat safe i cannot find a serial number on it. i bought about 10years ago and i still have the key, but i have lost the dial code to open it up.....i have never changed the code so it should be set as a factory code. Do you know how or where i can get the factory code.
Thanks hope you can help
Answer Leander,
Wthout the serial number I doubt that you will be able to obtain the original factory combination. The serial number should be on a tag on the lower right front of the safe. the following info is for the manufacture:
Diplomat Safe Ltd.
[Korea]
Address:
1583-4 Songjung-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan 618-270 Korea
Phone:
82-51-8314400
Contact name:
Young-hoon, Jeong , Vice President
If the company that sold you the safe can't help, and the manufacture can't help then you will need the services of a professional safe technician or safe engineer. Check your local safe companies to see if they can be of assistance.
