WE NEED A LOCK SET FOR A 2.75 THICK BEDROOM DOOR WE WANT IT TO HAVE A KEY . THE FINISH DOESN'T MATTER THANK YOU FOR ANY HELP YOU CAN GIVE US, JIM

Answer
Your local home center probably has what you need. Check the package for application information but I think most locks will fit 2 and 3/8" to 2 and 3/4" thick doors,which is what you say you have 2 and 3/4". An "entry function" knob set includes a key.
