Question We purchased a store with a small Amsec safe in the back room. It has a key pad to lock and unlock safe. The door is open with the locks out and we cant seem to figure out the problem. on the inside of the door is the push button to reset combination. I have tried several times to reset combo with new combo and it wont accept. I have tried to call customer service but they do not respond. Can you please help? thanks.
