Question I have a lock that is apparently an Ultra Max lock, because there are no screws on the thumbscrew plate. I've already tried an allen wrench, and that simply removes the thumbscrew only, nothing else. I can only guess, that I'm supposed to pry at the slots at the bottom, but I'd like some verification before I ruin this thing completely. (Trying to remove the interior plate to tighten the screws to the exterior plate which is quite loose.) Please help.

Once the thumbturn piece is removed pry up the trim plate. There should be a small slot in it to insert a screwdriver and turn. The screws are under that.
