Question I HAVE A CUSTOMER THAT IS RENOVATING A HOUSE IN THE OLD DOWNTOWN SECTION OF JACKSONVILLE NC. THERE ARE SINGLE CYLINDER DEAD BOLTS THAT ARE BRASS AND SAY "NATIONAL LOCK" ON THEM. THEY WANT TO REPLACE EVERYTHING WITH SATIN NICKLE....THE PROBLEM IS, THE LATCHES/BACKSETS ARE 2"...CAN'T FIND ANYTHING WITH 2" backsets...can you help?
Answer Hello Pat,
The only thing that will be available is a Lori style deadbolt and unless you can find a source for ones in Satin Nickel you are stuck with Dull Chrome, Antique Brass or Polished Brass finish options.
US Lock has one, it's a 1660. You can find it on our site or search the web for anyone with Satin Nickel.
