Question I am trying to figure out how to change the combination on a CSS 6210 electronic lock. I've been trying to find instructions, but the website that is listed on the safe itself is only a sales page. Could you instruct me on a way to do this?
Answer Susan,
The first thing I need to do is Identify the safe and lock you need help with. CSS or Corporate Safe Specialist, is not a manufacture of safes. The import and buy from other manufactures and then relabel the safe with their logo.
I'm very familiar with the US safe lock manufactures and I'm not familiar with an electronic lock with the model number 6210.
S&G makes a model 6120 digital electronic lock if this is what you have then you can go to the following web address to down load your manual. You will the 6120 series locks about 1/2 way down the page, open the "operating instructions" file and then save or print a copy for your records.
If this isn't the correct lock, I will need to see pictures of your safe and lock to determine what you actually have. Please send photos of the safe and lock to me at: andy@securitysafeusa.com
Photos which are not legible don't do me any good, so make sure that you use the highest resolution possible.
