Question
How can I get a replacement key for my Sentinel Gun Safe model GCB-14F?

Answer
Jeff,

I'm assuming that you have a Stack-On Safe, "Logo - Sentinel", model GCB-14F.

First thing is that these containers are NOT considered to be a safe, they are considered to be a "locking CABINET".  In order to be a safe, it has to have a combination lock capable of 1,000,000 possible combinations, AND have at least 3 locking bolts of 1/2" or greater diameter, controled by a separate handle.

You have two options, you can try contacting the manufacturer, or you can have a locksmith from a local lock or safe company fit a key or replace the lock.  As the safe originally came with two keys, it would seem that you have already lost one or more keys, this would indicate that the possiblity exists of someone else, possibly having keys to your container.

Rather than getting a replacement key, I would have your lock replaced.

Assuming that the manufacturer is Stack-On, their contact info is:

Stack-On Products Co.
Attn.: Customer Service Department
1360 North Old Rand Road
Wauconda, IL 60084
customerservice@stack-on.com
Phone: 1-847-526-1611
Toll Free: 1-800-323-9601
Hours: 8am - 4:30pm C.S.T.

You should be able to have a duplicate key made at most locksmith shops, and/or have them replace the lock on the cabinet.

Hope this helps,

Locksmithing
