Locksmithing/need help

we use BOOIL BS-T370. we can open this box but can not take the key out. what should we do?

Question:   Were you able to take the key out, when the container was open - before???  or has it always been like this???

Many containers have key retaining locks.   The key is held captive until the container and lock are secured.   It can only be removed in the locked position.

If you were able to remove the lock with the container open previously, then you may have a mechanical issue with the lock that needs to be addressed.    If the key will not remove regardless of the condition of the container - locked or open, then again this is a mechanical issue with the lock.

Unfortunately, mechanical problems require hands on solutions.   The nearest safe company that I know of or would recommend is in Singapore.   I don't know if you have any local safe companies that you can call for assistance.

If you don't have a local safe company, then I would recommend your calling either David or Desmond Siah at:

Hope this helps, Sorry I can't be of more service.
