Locksmithing/Gary Safe

I have a Gary safe and can not get it to open.  the serial number is 207116 i have tried the combination several times.  I was hoping you could lead me in the right direction as to who can assist me,

Thank you,

Hi Donielle,

Unfortunately Gary has not been around since the mid 1980's, so contacting them to check old records is out of the question.    The company that currently owns the logo (FireKing Int.) doesn't have the old records for safes like yours.

this leaves you with two options, 1. you can test dial all possible combinations for your lock, or 2. you can have a safe technician from a local safe company check it out for you.

If you have numbers for the lock, but it simply isn't working, it may just need service, or it may be a major mechanical issue - again, you will need a safe tech to assist you.

Check your local yellow pages under "safes and vaults" for a local company, or if you don't have one, let me know where you are located (zip code) and I'll see if I know of, or would recommend anyone in your area.
