Locksmithing/Remington Rand Safe File

Our church has a Remington Rand Safe File. It has four drawers with a key lock in the top drawer. A leaver must be pushed down to open the top drawer. The top drawer must be opened to open the other drawers. The cabinet is very heavy. The identification is as follows: USA  C& (CC80190.
Our problem: the third drawer glider stopped midway when opening the drawer. Now the drawer is stuck half open/closed. All other drawers work.
Can you suggest a repair.
Thanks George

Most of the time something (paper clip, rubber band etc.) gets jammed in the track that the rollers ride in.

Try emptying the drawer and lifting it out. They are heavy so two people should do it.

Then inspect the tracks on each side for debris.

That should fix it.
