Thank you very much.

For example Pin: 40 (4times) 30(3times)20 (2times) 10(1 time)

Best regards,

Hi Annie,

These safes are fairly easy to operate, though it could have a couple different locks installed, so you may have to test dial two dialing sequences - LRLR and RLRL.

In order to unlock or open the safe, you must first unlock the key lock, then dial the combination as:

4 times left to the first number, 40
3 times right to the second number, 30
2 times left to the third number, 20
1 time right, stopping on the fourth number, 10.

Note:   Left is counter clockwise, Right is clockwise.   DO NOT count the revolutions of the dial, count the INDIVIDUAL number as it arrives at the 12 o'clock index mark.    For instance for the first number of your example, you will turn the dial counter clockwise (left), stopping the fourth time the number 40 arrives at the index mark, then turn the dial clockwise (right) stopping the third time the number 30 arrives at the index mark,  etc. etc.

If the safe still won't open, then reverse the directions or RLRL instead of LRLR.

There are ONLY three reasons a safe lock won't open, in order they are:
1.   Incorrect dialing sequence, operator errors
2.   Incorrect combination, wrong numbers,
3.   Mechanical problems

If you still can't get it to open, I would recommend that you contact a local safe company, fortunately you have a very good company to call in Singapore.   Contact:
