Answer Unfortunately whether you want to lose your virginity to him or not it is not a "LEGAL" option. If you have sex with him and anyone finds out, which someone will, he will be sent to jail on statutory rape charges, regardless of consent. My advice is to wait a few more years and find someone you're own age. If you do go through with this, please wear a condom.
