Losing Your Virginity/Virgin Or Not

Question
Hello:

If a guy has intercourse for the first time with his girl but does not have an orgasm inside of her vagina, but ejaculates outside of it, is he still a virgin?

How does one exactly define a virgin for both male and female?

I thank you for your reply.

Answer
If a male or female has vaginal intercourse, then they are not virgins, regardless of whether or not either of them has an orgasm.  They are not virgins from the moment the penis enters past the vulvar labia.  Most people also say someone who has had anal intercourse is not a virgin.
