Question Well i just lost my virginity the other day. I am 15 years of age and i lost my virginity to someone i really think or guess i am in love with. There was no pressure i kind of forced myself. It hurt really really bad, because his penis was really big. Yes he is also 15! But now i really regret it because i feel htat i have to tell my mom, but i don't want to break her heart or our trust and relationship! I fell that I have to tell her because eventually i will have to go to the docter and get checked n they will know because my umm thingy will be broken. What should i do?????
Answer Hi Jazzy,
Thanks for your question,
First, the most likely reason you experienced pain is not only become of his penis size, really. I guess what is more likely the cause here is the fact that you were probably a bit tensed since it was your first time. Is it possible ?
As for regrets, it's done. You can't come back in time and you know that right ? It seems that those regrets have a lot of things to do with your mom. I'd suggest you are honest with her and tell her the truth if she asked about it. That's the best thing to do, even if this can be hard sometimes.
You can just tell her something like : ''hey mom ! I'm a bit scared of your reaction to that but I thought I should be honest with you even though. Me and my boyfriend have tought a long time about it and we've finally decided to have sex the other day.(and if that's the case) But we went into it responsibly and we used protection and everything. I just wanted you to know that, so you don't worry I might get pregnant or catch an STI. I know it's hard for you to learn you little girl is sexually active now but as you know it I'm not the little I used to be, I'm growing and slowly becoming an adult. ''
Were it me I'd say something like that if my mom asked me.
If she doesn't ask, then it's up to you to decide if you wanna tell her or not. Just don't tell her because of the gyn thing only ok ? Here's why.
Depending in which country you live, most gyn respects privacy once you've reach a certain age and, therefore, when you consult them they keep everything you're gonna say or they're gonna see private. And they keep your appointment private too. So they can't tell your mom. They don't have the right too unless you got AIDS or got sexually abused or something like that. But other than that, they can't tell your parents or any other person.
I know here where I live this concerns everyone above the age of 14. Since I don't know where you live, I can't tell if this apply to you. So I suggest you when you'll get your appointment to ask them about that : to ask them if at 15, your parents will know about your gyn appointment and exam.
