when the penis enters the vagina, if you bleed will there be a large amount of blood?

Unless it's forcible sex (like rape), no, there shouldn't be any profuse bleeding (nothing that looks like your period). It's mostly just spotting and it generally lasts no more than a couple of days (around max 2 days).
