Question
I heard that song for the first time tonight on the PBS Broadcast of Lucy. It was so beautiful! I FINALLY found the lyrics, but where can I get a recording of the song? I would appreciate ANY assistance you may be able to provide!

Answer
"Lucy Meets the Moustache" is particularly bittersweet considering the circumstances surrounding it.

It first aired on April 1, 1960 and was the final episode of the Ricardos and Mertzes that the Lucy-Desi contract had to offer CBS. Edie Adams sang a moving song entitiled  "That's All" which really set the tone for this very special show. It ended with Lucy and Ricky kissing.

After the episode was filmed, Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz filed for divorce. Very sad, yes?

I am sorry to report that despite some research, I cannot find a copy of "That's All" recorded by Edie Adams.  I'm not sure she ever recorded it at all.    If it has to be sung by Edie Adams, perhaps you could make a copy of her singing it from the episode the next time it airs on television or purchase the video.

Other people have recorded this song in lovely ways.  Bobby Darin among others.  I found a beautiful version of "That's All" recorded by Mel Torme.  Check it out at the following site where you can also hear a sample of the song:

I'm sorry that I don't have better news, but at least you do have a few options.

I hope this helps!
