Expert: Harvel Scott - 9/14/2008

Question
I was given a baby peachface only a couple of weeks old it has feathers but ii am not sure how much to feed  and how often i was told it will squake but it doesnt can you please help

Answer
is your love bird able to feed on its own.
If not.......................
you must have known hat when hand feeding a baby love bird you use a
5 ml suringe without the needles offcouse and stealize you must make sure therare no air bubles in the food in the suringe. i recommend you give them 3 - 4 ml of food per daye and feed the 3 times per day it depends on how hungry they are (regular requirement is 4 - 5 times a day) but you don't want to full it up too much (over feed)

make sure you have seen how to handfeed then thoug

does he have all his feathers
