Sharon,
Stop smoking now if you enjoy life. I am in the moderate stages and I am 52 year old female. I found out that I had copd at the age of 47. Coughing, shortage of breathe led me to the Drs.only to find out what smoking can do. Stop now. Exercise eat right. And you should live a long life and me Sharon with medication and no more smoking I am walking again 4 miles!
