I am not a doctor unfortunately. I am a person who has Lupus and has had neuropsychiatric involvement. I am a well read lay person. I cannot treat your Uncle and I am not quite sure what services are available for you in Pakistan.
If you are willing to travel to the United States, we have some excellent physicians over here.
I can give you ther names of the best rheumatologists in the country.

These are the ones I am aware of. There are probably countless more just as good if not better, it is just these are the ones I am familiar with. These are the ones who textbooks and opinions are most respected in the rheumatology community.
