WHEN HAWKEYE WAS TRYING TO GET THE NURSE TO GO OUT WITH HIM AFTER OPERATING, SHE REFUSED BECAUSE SHE HAD VOLUNTEERED TO HELP BJ HUNNICUT IN POST OP.  HAWKEYE SAID SOMETHING ABOUT MISSING THE CHANCE TO BE WITH A proferir SOMETHING OR OTHER.. WHAT WAS THE EXACT WORDS HE SAID? IT WAS AFTER HE HELPED HER TAKE OFF HER GOWN.. i think proferir is spanish but i don't know what the other word is or the correct spelling.. can you help me please?

Hi Vic,

It took me a few minutes but I got it!!  What Hawkeye is saying to Nurse Donovan is that she is missing the chance to be with the "Porfirio Rubirosa" of Uijeongbu.  Porfirio Rubirosa was know as one of the last great playboys of Europe in the 1950's.  He had 5 wives & died in a car crash in 1965.
