I would like to know if I could get the sermon that Fr. Mulcahy gave at the end of the episode entitled Blood Brothers starring Patrick Swayze? It brought me to tears. Very moving. Very powerful.

Hi Ira,

Blood Brothers was a great episode from season 9.  The best way to get the whole sermon is to get the episode.  It would take awhile to write down & then transpose the entire sermon.    I will tell you this.  Fr. Mulcahey, in an emotional speech, tells the story of 2 men.  The 2 men turn out to be him & the character played by Patrick Swayze.  During the speech he says "God didn't put us here for that pat on the back.  He created us so he could be here himself.  So that he could exist in the lives of those he created in his image."  See the episode for the entire transcript.
