Seems like the method suggested for troubleshooting the no start issue makes a large assumption that the ignition switch is supplying power to the relay. If the ignition switch was faulty then the method suggested would have one changing the starter relay for no reason. Also a relay that clicks is no guarantee that the relay is functioning properly (could have burnished contacts). A voltmeter would provide definitive answers. Skipping steps in troubleshooting only adds more unknowns into the equation. I'm not trying to be ugly here, just pointing out the obvious.
