So same problem 1976 midget has head lights now very dim tail lights bright hazards no turn back up and no brake lights first I changed the broken fuse had one side tail lights and the blinker wouldn't blink but came on then I fiddled with there right literally and the tail and blinkers turned off fuse still good when I bought  the car he said only thing  not working  were the wipers  now they work. So I changed  the flasher  for turn under dash it did nothing  but the org  relay was definitely  done replaced  connection  because  they were rusted nothing  just put a new fuse box in New fuses nothing  sorry have dim tail lights side and one license plate light I assume  it's just bulbs on the those but no brake and no turn?  Ideas thanks
