I experienced the same I/O error running LANFREE TSM Client 5.3.0.0 and LiteSpeed for SQL Server 2005 32bit 4.5 build 199 on SQL 2000 Enterprise Edition with Service Pack 3a.  The solution was to add the following to the OPT file used by LiteSpeed:

LANFREECOMMMETHOD TCPIP

LANFREETCPPORT 1500

I also added the following to the storageagent dsmsta.opt file:

COMMMETHOD TCPIP

TCPPORT 1500

Sql is a database that is used to develop any application and store the data and records through the application. The .MDF and .LDF file is created by sql in which the MDF file is very important. The all data and records is available in this file. If this file becomes corrupted then it is necessary to recover it. The sql database recovery is only possible via tool and no any other option for it.
