Question
I have a router/modem that came free with my Verizon DSL service.  I currently have two PC accessing it, one through ethernet cable and one through a D-Link wireless card.  I'd like to add two iMacs to the network, one wired and one wireless.  Is this possible and if so, what do I need?  Both Macs came from my work which had an all Mac wired network.  What changes do I need to make to the settings.  They're both running OSX.

Answer
Hi Jeff

For the iMac that will be wired, just connect it to the router with an ethernet cable and go into the Network PreferencePane and setup for the DSL, most likely using PPPoE.

For the iMac going wireless, if it doesn't have an Airport card in it, you can use this;
