Subject: Banner ad

Question
Hello Nisa!

I have a website www.CaribbeanMedicine.com

I am trying to make a banner ad for it.

I currently have three jpeg files.

I want to combine them into one so that each one shows for like 3 seconds and thus creates a banner ad!

Each of the the three jpeg files is a 468 x 60 size image.

Now how do I do this with Macromedia Studio MX?

any help would be most usefull

thank you!

Asad

Answer
Creating a banner involves creating an animated gif. AKA an animated graphic. You need to use fireworks to create your animated graphic. The entire manual for each software package can be accessed from the top help drop sown menu located from the top help menu. In fireworks, read up on creating animated graphics and using frames. Once you understand these concepts you'll be able to create your banner.

Contact me again should you have any other questions – AFTER you rad up on animated graphics and using frames.

Hope this helps!
