Answer Creating a banner involves creating an animated gif. AKA an animated graphic. You need to use fireworks to create your animated graphic. The entire manual for each software package can be accessed from the top help drop sown menu located from the top help menu. In fireworks, read up on creating animated graphics and using frames. Once you understand these concepts you'll be able to create your banner.
Contact me again should you have any other questions – AFTER you rad up on animated graphics and using frames.
