Question Did you have any more suggestions about trying to view toolbars? I've reinstalled the program, deleted the tool.set and pref files, forcing them to rebuilding when opening the program...still no toolbars. I was on the Internet looking for solutions and saw the previous toolbar question -- I'm having the same difficulty.

It happened to me long ago when my toolbar was disappeared, I tried several ways like you, but no luck.
The reason of my problem was my toolbar got out of my monitor's coverage area, and it was just that I couldn’t be able to see it. it was there, opened and functional, but out of reach.
To get it back, increase your monitor's resolution, if it is 1024 x 768 make it 1280 x 1024 and then look around in freehand.
