Subject: Mac vs PC

Question
Privet, Elia.
I'm fed up with windows and was already going to get a Mac notebook an equivalent of a IBM 2(two) Duo processors of 2.8GHz, ~ 1GB video card and so on, but ... I was discouraged by friends by these main reasons: difficult to get softwares comparable with Mac OS, difficult to fix, and too expensive. There are a few positives about Mac - uses less REM and is faster, has better appearance, can run f-n windows. What am I asking?, help me decide IBM/PC or Mac, please.
Thank you,
Alec

Answer
Hi Alec, Simply put  - buy a mac :)

Here is more details on the subject:

1. "Difficult to get software" - look me up as rossul on GTalk
2. Difficult to fix - I'm not sure what do you mean. Mac is most reliably computer on the market for it's hardware and OS is produced by the same company. Apple stores are everywhere around the world, probably except Russia.
3. Price - exactly the same as an equivalent PC or sometimes cheaper.

Where are you located?
