Sorry it took so long to write back. I don't really know why exactly he left the show. He, and a few other original cast members, left after 2 seasons. Why?. It could be a few things. They could've wanted to move on, or they were not working out. David was born in New York on February 20, 1967, and he graduated from Laguardia School For The Performing Arts in 1985. He has done a lot of voice over work, including "King Of The Hill", appeared in a few episodes of "Angel", and was in the cult comedy "Office Space". Hope this does it for you. Thanks for writing.
