Question Stupid Question: How does one go about meeting the Ultimate Ambitious Goddess that is Madonna. I was at one of her first performances ever in '85, and have been obsessed ever since. I would give my right arm to have lunch with her someday, spend an hour or two talking to her. I've actually considered taking out a full page ad in LA Times with an essay on her and how much I would like to meet her, hoping to get her attention. Do you know anything that WOULD get her attention? I know I'm one of 1000's who would love to meet her, and what am I to her, but nothing is impossible and anything can happen . . . . I think Madonnas life and carreer prove that!
Answer Hi Keith, unfortunately there's no way for a normal mortal fan to get in full touch with Madonna without first passing through her "filters". The main filters are: the manager (Guy Oseary) and the publicist (Liz Rosenberg). Then, there's the bodyguards, who won't easily let you get closer to her and have a proper dinner or chat.
Now, if you just want to get her attention you can wait outside her house or hotel room like any other crazy fan and wait for her to come so you can scream your lungs out and pretend she heard you (I did that in Argentina when she arrived to the hotel).
