The most recent news I have read is estimating Madonna's net worth to be somewhere in the range of $850 million - a staggering figure, indeed. Her most recent tour, The Confessions Tour, broke records for being the highest earning tour by a female artist - and it is reported that she is donating upwards of $3 million to her Raising Malawi Foundation. So, while she keeps a bulk of her tour earnings, she also passes along some of it charitable donations. Hope that helps!
