Can you tell me more about mentalism? What is it exactly?

It is basically just another type of magic.  It just revolves around "mind reading" and mental feats rather than cards or animals.  If you are interested in mentalism, I would first check out what your local library has and if it is still appealing, I would recommend buying "13 steps to mentalism."  It will give you a firm idea of what mentalism is and give you a good foundation to work with.
