I am a professional performer, and attained status of Gold Star Member of The Inner Magic Circle and, over and above this highest degree, I am only one of 5 perfromers alive who has been awarded their coveted 'Silver Wand'. I perform at the highest level as well as train and coach both beginners and experts in learning a few tricks to creating a brand new award winning act. I ran The Summer School at The Magic Circle for many years as well as booked performers for the monthly public shows. I run a company called `MagicWorks` which provides magic for adult private and corporate events, television, film and theatre productions. I also hold training workshops and seminars, teleconferences and online training on using magic in business, performing at Trade Shows, Magic for Presenters etc and provide after dinner or conference talks and speeches all on the subject of business and personnel development. Experience
Whilst I have been a performer for many years I now spend an increasing amount of time as a personal and business coach, using magic as a metaphor in my teaching and training sessions. I have several Internet Businesses that include Coaching and Mentoring entertainers in the whole business of self Branding, Promotion, Marketing and filling their diaries with bookings.

I am happy to give direct access to me to people with whom I am giving advice, and I can see they have some knowledge and a serious interest BUT I do not readily publish it here on this open question that everyone can see ... as spammers and cranks harvest email addresses and then I am bombarded.
As it is I receive 300 - 450 emails each day plus 150 Spam!
So ... ask me a private question here on AllExperts and we'll see if it's more convenient to continue that way.
After all ... you had no question about Magic, you didn't give your name ... what am I supposed to do.

QUESTION: John,
I've been in and out of magic and I'm a novice. So, I would say about one year.
I have minor magic knowledge. But I am interesting in fusing magic and mentalism at the same time. That's why I asked my question.
I want to give the two audience members a chance to win my ring. If they can guess which box has my ring, then he/she will win it. But of course, if I can make the ring disappear, then he/she cannot win it ultimately.
Just a regular box size that can fit into your palm.
I'm working on a method but it's harder that expected. I was thinking of magnets that can pull the ring under the display layer but putting it back in display form is diffucult. I wanted to see if there were other methods that would work for my performance.

There are many many ways to do this but I am unable to give secrets when you ask on the public area of this list.
Email again and make it private and when you do tell me the following:
=> How long have you been doing magic?
=> What are the areas of magic you have knowledge about?
=> Why do you want / need to make a ring disappear and reappear in a ring box?
=> Do you have a specific box i mind as there are several different types?
=> Do you have methods to vanish the ring already? If so, tell me which method you have learned.

This is still NOT a Private Question. I'd love to help you on this as I love ring routines (my own TradeMark effect is 'Ring Leader')but you'll need to write again, state your question, answer the points I raised but not as a reply, as a new question set to Private Question.
