Question We are leaving Niagara Falls, going up thru Adirondack Mountains, up over the top of Lake Champlain, across Vermont and New Hampshire on Highway 2. Going to spend at least one night at Gorham NH & the White Mountains before proceeding into Maine on Hwy 2. Going to stop in Bethel for info. Proceed on thru Bangor to Acadia Natl Park. Traveling with our two sons, 12 & 19. Our last major road trip was in 2002 to Alaska -really enjoyed it. This is our first trip to this area. Having hard time finding salt water fishing charters. Looking forward to traveling acrossed Maine then down the eastern coast to Washington DC. Any general info on sights to visit would be appreciated.

I would consult with the Bar Harbor Chamber of Commerce either on-line or by phone about salt water fishing charters. I am sure there must be something. Be sure to take in as much of Acadia National Park as you can. It is truly magnificent. Have a wonderful vacation.
