Question I have a Kenmore Elite microwave model 721.80869400 that keeps displaying an F-9 error every time I try to cook something. What does that code mean? How do I fix the microwave?
Answer The model number you have submitted to us is incomplete or not correct for your unit. Try it diorectly in sears and they say it is not good.... In order for us to provide you accurate information and supply you with the correct manufactures part numbers , we will need the complete model number, serial number and batch or series numbers (if applicable) found on a business card size metal/foil plate.
