Question Model # - WMSR2100T8WW.
I have replaced the belt and the clutch already. Washer will spin if no clothes in it or very few. With 2 towels in it I have to help it along and then it will spin (I reach in and turn the tub and get it going - then it spins at high speed and clothes are fine).
There also is a 'clunk' that wasn't there before when it first tries to spin.
What else could this be? The motor going bad? Or the transmission?

Answer Might want to take a look at the installation and also check to make sure the brake is releasing. How difficult is the drum to spin by hand.......
