Question I have a Whirlpool Gold Refridgerator, Model #Gf6NFEXTYOO. We have had it for about 3 months and just changed the water filter. Now the filter will not reset and the water sputters from time to time when coming out. It seems that the filter is in correctly. Any suggestions?
Answer Press and hold the reset buttom for about 10 seconds. That should reset the filter. As far as the sputtering, run about a gallon or two out and that should stop the sputtering.
