my kenmore elite washing machine model # 23012101 ser #cm3901714 will only fill on the 100 degree hot water setting and there is nothing wrong with the cold water hookup to the machine.

PLease supply the first three digits in bold in front of the model number you supplied. This will tell me who made the unit for Kenmore and allow me to searcha nd see your unit as you do. Without these three numbers, I cannot pull up your unit.
