Question
QUESTION: I have a whirlpool 3RLEQ8033SW1 and it is only 3 months old but in a commercial premises so the warrenty is void and it has stopped getting warm.  The drum is still turning but it is only blowing cold air.  We have changed the timer , the thermostat. the thermal cut off and thermal limiter but it still is not getting warm.  the timer is not moving round and the element is not getting red can you suggest anything to try please.

ANSWER: STOP PURCHASING PARTS.........remove the cover where your dryer cord attaches and then using a voltage meter, measure the voltage across the two outer most terminals your cord attaches to.  What is this voltage?

Check teh white thermal fuse on the blower housing and the thenral safety on the heating element canister.  both of these should have continuity with wires removed.  Do they?
