Question My Kenmore side-by-side is freezing food in the refrigerator section even after setting the temp to the warmest setting. How do I set out fixing this myself?
Answer hi Denise,
leave the setting for the refrigerator in the middle, but make the FREEZER temp, as cold as it can be. When you have it set to warmest, then you are allowing the most freezing air to enter the refrigerator section.....this will freeze anything directly in its path as well as most stuff in the crisper drawers.
Change the settings and give it about 3 days, this should solve the issue!
