Major Appliances/ge electric range

mod. #jb940cb1cc flashes F0 code already replaced control board
worked shortly then started beeping and flashing code again wont reset have to unplug unit what else could it be?

Normally that is a touchpad error.  Unplug the unit and then remove the rear cover to gain access tot he control you just installed.  Now, remove the touch pad ribbon from the electronic oven control.  Pull the ribbon out of the way and then replace the rear cover.  Now plug the unit back in again and wait 24 hours.  Did the fault code reappear during this time?

Waiting to hear from you,
Eric and Ann Campion
